Circles AI is operated by Events Circle S.A.R.L., Beirut, Lebanon. You can request account deletion here in your browser, even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall it.

Make your request
- Sign in to the Circles AI account you want to delete. Complete any required identity verification.
- Open Data & deletion, then choose Review account deletion.
- Review the data and backup choices. Type delete my account, acknowledge the review and confirm the request.
If you are the last administrator of a company, transfer administration or resolve the company deletion shown in the review first. This protects the company's shared work.
You have 30 days to cancel
The request displays a final deletion date. Cloud and AI access pauses during this recovery period. Sign in and choose Cancel deletion & restore access before the displayed deadline to cancel. After the deadline, cancellation is unavailable, even if physical cleanup is still finishing.
Review your backups
Keep backups is the default. The review offers an unchecked option to also delete eligible cloud backups you created and still administer. Only the reviewed set can be included, and your authority is checked again at finalization. Backups outside that set stay with their company.
Save any permitted copies you need before confirming. Portable backups cover the current business, so review other businesses separately. Keep exported files and their passwords somewhere safe.
What is deleted and what can remain
Finalization removes your sign-in and personal account details and deletes associated personal service data as described in the Privacy Notice. Limited legal, security and dispute records may be retained. Physical cleanup of private files can finish after access is disabled.
Company-owned records, other members' data and backups outside your reviewed authority can remain with the company. Exported files, recipients' copies and records held by connected providers are not automatically recalled. Provider-side voice objects and billing have separate controls.
Deleting an online account does not immediately erase local records on a phone. Local reset, removing a saved account, uninstalling the app and deleting a company are separate actions. Review the scope shown for each.
Cannot sign in or need help?
Email support@circlesai.net with your account email and a request to delete your Circles AI account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, API keys or full payment-card details.
