How AI Circles work
Circles are service units, not money. Annual plans renew their AI allowance monthly. Standalone credit packs are no longer offered; existing balances are preserved. Allocations require eligibility, enabled grants and available AI funding. Task limits still apply. All prices are in USD; any applicable taxes will be shown before a future purchase.

Does it work without internet?
Your personal clients, notes, library and reminders work offline. Shared workspaces require a recent access check. AI, direct sending and synchronization need internet. Sync runs while the app is open and during supported authorized tasks; it is not an always-live connection.
Do I need my own AI key?
Use your own OpenAI key, or select Provided AI when your account has an approved allowance. Personal-key usage is billed to your OpenAI account. Provided AI has funding and task limits. Circles does not silently switch between the two.
How do assistant calls and wake listening work?
The published app supports internet-connected assistant calls in the open app. Session limits shown in the app apply. Calls and accepted tasks are separate, so ending a call does not undo completed work.
Longer calls and optional background calling are upcoming beta features. Background calling shows an Android microphone notification; Android and battery limits can still stop it. Optional local wake listening needs downloaded models, enrollment and a visible microphone notification. Voice matching is not an identity-security guarantee.
Can it send WhatsApp, email and SMS?
Personal WhatsApp and SMS open prepared content for you to send. Direct email needs a separate Gmail or Outlook connection. Automatic WhatsApp delivery needs the official Business Platform, configured credentials and eligible templates. Signing in to Circles does not connect these providers automatically.
Does it listen to calls with my clients?
No. Import a recording you have permission to use, or record a recap. A client brief can appear for supported ordinary Android calls with the required permissions. The app does not identify WhatsApp callers or provide unrestricted phone-call recording.
What happens when I back up or delete data?
Portable encrypted backups cover the current permitted business. Finish sync and media downloads, and resolve unfinished drafts first. Back up other businesses separately. A local reset is different from online account deletion; online deletion has a 30-day cancellation window and company-admin safeguards.
Are AI accuracy or sales results guaranteed?
No. Circles helps you organize, prepare and follow up. Review important information and generated content. Results depend on your business, offer, audience and how you use the app.
Is it on Google Play or iPhone?
The public download is an Android APK. Google Play beta access is a separate approval and publication process; applying does not guarantee enrollment. An iPhone release is not available.
