Website checkout and standalone AI credit-pack purchases are disabled. Free does not automatically become paid and does not authorize a later charge. Google Play subscriptions may be available to eligible Android accounts, including controlled testing where shown. Google Play presents the final localized price and terms before explicit purchase confirmation. The app does not select a test payment method for you; a real payment method can create a real charge even during a test.

Prices and purchase confirmation

The website catalog describes plan options; it is not a purchase screen. Its preview prices do not replace the localized price, taxes, billing interval, renewal date or adjustment shown by Google Play. Check the current catalog and the supported in-app offer. A price preview, account sign-in or policy acceptance does not place an order. Standalone AI credit packs are no longer offered for sale; existing authorized balances remain recorded.

AI allowances and Circles

AI Circles are non-transferable service units, not money, crypto, model tokens or withdrawable assets. Included plan allowances require current eligible access and enabled provider funding. Your dashboard distinguishes included Circles, prepaid Circles, other authorized grants, used amounts and reservations. A configured allowance is not automatically a spendable balance.

Included AI Circles reset on a seven-day schedule independently of monthly or yearly subscription billing. The weekly allowance is the stored monthly plan reference divided by four, rounded down: currently Free 250, Pro 7,500, Business 27,500 and Scale 60,000. Unused included credits expire at the displayed boundary; missed weeks do not accumulate. Yearly billing does not issue a full year of credits at once. An upgrade can add only the eligible difference for the current week; a downgrade does not remove already-issued credits.

Existing monthly included balances retain their original amount and expiry, including recorded usage and reservations. Their displayed transition date shows when weekly issuance begins. Existing prepaid credits and explicit grants retain their recorded expiry rules. Paid access must remain eligible for new issuance, and a short test renewal does not create a fresh full weekly grant. Company pools and personal pools remain separate.

Service safety limits are separate from your available Circles. With your own API key, your AI provider bills you separately. The app does not silently switch a failed provided request to your personal key.

Usage and reservations

Requests may reserve capacity before dispatch. Confirmed usage settles once; uncertain provider outcomes remain for review and are not automatically retried. Generated results and successful business outcomes are not guaranteed. Remaining allowance may not cover the reserved maximum for another request.

Original billing provider and plan changes

An available paid subscription belongs to its original billing provider. Google Play subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Signing in on another device does not move billing or create a second subscription. The app displays the current provider and supported management controls. Website checkout remains disabled. Where store rules restrict links to outside purchases, those links are not shown.

Plan changes use the original provider's supported replacement rules. Review its actual charge and renewal date before confirming. An eligible cross-product deferred downgrade or billing-interval change retains the current plan until the verified change takes effect. A same-product monthly/yearly base-plan switch can follow a different provider schedule. A displayed date alone does not grant a new plan, and a displayed price difference is not a guaranteed charge. Unsupported changes stay unavailable in the app; use Google Play management where applicable.

Google Pay on the website is a card-payment interface, not a recurring-payment gateway by itself. A supported merchant gateway, recurring-payment agreement and production approval are still required. No card data is collected by the inactive connector.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel an existing Google Play subscription through Google Play. Cancellation does not itself request a refund, and deleting your Circles account or uninstalling the app does not cancel provider billing. Refund eligibility and required consumer rights depend on the applicable provider terms and law. The purchase screen must disclose the actual seller, price, taxes and renewal terms before a new explicit purchase authorization. Saving website gateway configuration does not enable payments.

The proposed Billing, Refunds & Cancellation Policy is available for review and is not effective. No draft limits mandatory rights. Account deletion, app uninstall and provider-account billing are separate actions.
