On your phone
Personal CRM records, notes, reminders, AI memory and preferences are stored on your device. Records and credentials are encrypted; media files use private application storage. Contacts, location, microphone, notifications and caller overlays require the relevant Android permissions. The app does not secretly record calls or read your WhatsApp inbox.
Connected services
When you use AI, the selected request, relevant client information, business context and any chosen audio or image are sent to OpenAI using your API key. AI use can incur charges on your OpenAI account. When you authorize email or business messaging, the selected recipients and content go to that provider. Manual sharing opens the selected app for your review.
Accounts and teams
Account identity, device public keys, security settings, access permissions and security activity are stored in the Circles AI cloud service on Cloudflare. Team records and uploaded media sync through that service. Team administrators can view and manage team data, members, permissions and backups. Device access is checked while connected; expired access locks the local team workspace. Information already copied or shared cannot be recalled.
Backups and keys
Portable backups exclude API keys and account login tokens. Save your backup password and recovery key securely. A recovery key can authorize account access. Restoring personal data requires reconnecting contacts and approving automatic sending again. Cloud backup exports require administrator access. Google Drive and OneDrive backup connections are not enabled in this release.
Your controls
You can edit or delete personal CRM records, revoke device access, disconnect providers and disable AI. An administrator controls team membership and company records. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage; export an authorized backup first. Account and team removal requests can be made to the administrator who manages your account.
Release limits
This test release has automated security checks but is not independently security certified. It does not guarantee sales, investment returns, delivery of third-party messages or operation on every device. Use current source documents and client consent when preparing business communications.
